• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

• Age 25 to 36 years

• Handlining the account independently

• Experienced in Merchandising

• Experience in the following business areas: textiles, garments, buying houses, and TNA.

• Presentation, interpersonal communication, positive attitude, strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, accountability.

1. Independently manage the assigned department and maintain direct communication with buyers to ensure smooth and efficient order execution.

2. Understand customer requirements and collaborate closely with relevant teams to ensure correct sample development and timely submission, meeting required timelines and quality standards.

3. Follow up on orders and coordinate effectively with team members to achieve overall business objectives, performance targets, and customer expectations.

4. Coordinate closely with production and relevant departments to ensure on-time shipment while maintaining the required quality standards.

5. Demonstrate strong time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.

6. Conduct factory visits when required to monitor production progress, identify potential issues, and support timely resolution of order execution challenges.

7. Maintain and regularly update the TNA (Time & Action) plan, ensuring effective monitoring of key milestones and timely shipment commitments.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date order and merchandising data to support effective tracking, reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
