Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international buyers/customers, particularly from USA and European markets, for Non-Denim Woven Textile products.

• Support buyer communication, new business development, inquiry, costing, quotation and commercial follow-up.

• Coordinate fabric/product development with Marketing R&D, Designer and Factory R&D.

• Regularly visit the Gazipur Factory for textile development, sample follow-up and technical coordination.

• Follow up development T&A, sampling, testing, customer submission and approval to ensure timely completion.

• Manage buyer swatches, reference fabrics, development samples and sample dispatch with proper traceability.

• Coordinate with Costing, Planning/PPC, Production, Quality and other relevant departments for customer requirements and order execution.

• Follow up customer feedback, modifications, quotations, negotiations and development-to-order conversion.

• Maintain customer records, development pipeline, quotation status and prepare regular MIS reports.

• Ensure timely customer communication and take ownership of assigned activities until completion.
