Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain a strong buyer network to drive sales growth.
∎ Conduct buyer meetings and visits to relevant factories.
∎ Oversee sample development, lab dip submissions, and bulk order processing.
∎ Ensure timely submission of handlooms, lab dips, and hanger swatches as per buyer requirements.
∎ Maximize machine utilization and efficiency.
∎ Communicate with customers to address inquiries, costing, quality, and delivery matters.
∎ Ensure consistency between sampling and bulk production quality.
∎ Collaborate with the production department based on buyer feedback.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports as needed.
