Strong Excel, reporting & data-management skills

• End-to-end Non-Denim Woven fabric development

• Buyer/Marketing brief থেকে technical development

• Yarn-Dyed, Solid-Dyed, Rotary & Digital Print development

• Fabric construction, yarn selection & loom feasibility

• Weaving, Dyeing, Printing & Finishing coordination

• Development T&A ও on-time sample completion

• Laboratory testing & quality coordination

• Technical troubleshooting & root-cause analysis

• Target price ও cost-effective development

• Approved fabric-এর bulk reproducibility নিশ্চিত করা

• First bulk production follow-up

• R&D development library & technical database management

• Marketing, PPC, Production, Quality ও Costing-এর সাথে coordination

• R&D team leadership, training & performance management

• Regular factory-floor involvement and hands-on development follow-up
