Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To update the purchase.
∎ To update the cheque.
∎ To update the LC register.
∎ To move forward with the summarization of the export realization voucher.
∎ To import payment voucher summarization.
∎ To reconcile bank statement.
∎ To summarize Bill & voucher of both Head office & Factory.
∎ To check C&F bill and post into software.
∎ To check transport bill & post into software.
∎ To complete bank related works.
∎ To post BTB LC acceptance into software.
∎ To post PC transaction into software.
∎ To post export proceed realization.
∎ To post voucher of local purchase.
∎ To assist accounts of purchase.
∎ To assist updating creditors ledger.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
∎ To update the purchase.
∎ To update the cheque.
∎ To update the LC register.
