• Should have knowledge in quality standard and policies.

• Should have knowledge in QC & compliance.

• Should have knowledge in Process Safety & Product Safety.

• Should have knowledge in FSMS,QMS,GMP,ISO 9001-2008, ISO 22000,ISO14000,HACCP,BRC-ISSUES.IMS,KOSHER,US-FDA and HALAL FOOD .

• Must have good command in MS Word & MS Excel.

• Job Location: South Kashimpur, Feni

Job Responsibilities

• Undertaking qualitative & quantitative analysis of raw materials like determination of dry gluten, sedimentation value, particle size & moisture of flour, acid value, peroxide value, rancidity of fat, estimation of total fat in powder ingredients & finished goods, determination of water activity and pH of cake and bread, purity test of laboratory chemicals & ingredients.

• Identifying rejection and non-conforming products and report to the supervisor.

• Checking quality control sheets and preparing daily wastage report.

• Maintaining frequent check and supervision of raw materials and maintaining the quality of products.

• Ensuring quality of all items before production, during production and after production.

• Examining market return product.

• Supervise the works as per GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and FSSC.

• Establishing traceability and recall management programme.

• Lead internal audit and assist in external audit.

• Observing personal hygiene of the workers under production line.

• Prepare QC & QA report of the line.

• Development of deviation and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) report.

• Keeping sample record, calibration report and inventory.

• Ensuring training of the new team members.
