• B. Sc. in Food Engineering/Technology.

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

• Age At least 32 years

• Should have knowledge in productivity improvement, production planning and process improvement.

• Should have knowledge on plant and machinery.

• Should have knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Wcmf, Fsms, QMS, GMP, HACCP, IMS, US-FDA and Halal Food.

• Expert in handling ERP Software.

Job Location: South Kashimpur, Feni

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting Production Manager to prepare production planning.

• Ensure production on time as per production target.

• Lead the workers and operators as per order.

• Lead team building and training program.

• Supervise shifting duty of the worker’s effectively.

• Monitoring operation of automated machine such as oven, dozer, and former cooling conveyor.

• Coordinate with maintenance team for solving machinery problem.

• Coordinate with quality control department to keep quality of products.

• Prepare report on daily production, rejection and use of raw materials.

• Find out operational problem and report to supervisor.

• To check & maintain log book used in production floor.

• To monitor machine breakdown report and other checklist provided in production floor.

• To control production cost, reducing wastage as well as proper utilization of manpower.
