• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Preferred Certification: Applicants having completed PGDSCM/CSCM will get preference.

• Have the experience to procure textile machineries and spare parts, sewing machineries and spare parts, knitting machineries and spare parts.

• Have the experience to purchase generator, boiler, compressor, machineries and parts, Lift & related spares.

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, often with an Electrical/mechanical engineering background.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

• Analyze technical data and specification to determine the goods requirement after getting purchase requisition (PR) for different Machineries & spare parts, consumable materials in Industry and other services.

• Possess full procurement cycle (RFQ- Collect Quotation - Formulate CS- Prepare PO/WO-Delivery of material on time-Supplier bill settlement).

• Ensure authentic spare parts from the mother concern or designated distributor for individual branded Generators, compressors, chiller, VRF, Boilers or any other machinery for smooth running operation.

• Ensuring on-time support especially spare parts/Electrical/Hardware/Mechanical items in an efficient and cost-effective way.

• Liaise with the concern departments in order to confirm the receipts of goods & find out any discrepancies in technical spec, quality, quantity or any other parameters.

• Review and analyze vendors/supplier performance, quality of suppled material and pricing option. Conducting market survey to develop alternative suppliers for price competitiveness, improved quality & enhanced sourcing.

• For faster & efficient sourcing operation, developing sourcing from both local & international vendors.

• Preparing weekly & monthly purchase works report to Management.

• Monitor stock & maintain purchase records through ERP and produce report time to time.

• Assisting in continuously evaluating performance for suppliers and maintain eligible list of reputed and capable supplier who do ethical business.
