Silver Composite Textile Mills Ltd a concern of Silver Line Group, is looking for an energetic, commercially driven and technically knowledgeable professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Woven Textile Marketing.
The position will be responsible for supporting international textile marketing and business development activities, particularly for USA and European customers/markets, with a strong focus on Non-Denim Woven Textile, buyer development, product development coordination, costing, sampling, quotation and commercial follow-up.
Support international marketing and business development for non-denim woven fabrics.
Develop and maintain relationships with international brands, retailers, sourcing offices, buying offices and garment manufacturers.
Handle day-to-day communication with assigned customers and respond to inquiries accurately and on time.
Follow up new inquiries, development requests, samples, costing, quotations, customer feedback, approvals and orders.
Identify new customers and business opportunities and maintain a structured sales/development pipeline.
Understand customer fabric requirements and communicate them accurately to internal technical teams.
Coordinate with Marketing R&D, Designer, Factory R&D, Costing, Planning/PPC, Production, Quality and Laboratory teams.
Follow up fabric development from request receipt through sample completion, submission, customer feedback and approval.
Maintain development T&A and ensure samples are completed and submitted within required deadlines.
Coordinate buyer swatches, reference fabrics, development samples, approved samples, hangers and sample dispatch.
Obtain and follow up accurate and timely fabric costing.
Support preparation and submission of quotations under approved company pricing authority.
Follow up target prices, negotiations and customer feedback.
Support conversion of approved developments into commercial orders.
Ensure accurate order handover to relevant internal departments.
Follow up order status and delivery-related risks in coordination with Planning/PPC and relevant teams.
Maintain customer history, development records, quotation status, opportunities and next actions in the approved ERP/CRM/digital system.
Support seasonal collection development and customer-specific fabric presentations.
Prepare customer meeting information and follow up action points until closure.
Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports covering developments, samples, approvals, quotations, pipeline, orders and pending actions.
Maintain strong cross-functional coordination and take ownership of assigned activities until completion.
