Position: Sweater Merchandiser
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Buyer Experience: Must have previous experience handling Inditex

Job Responsibilities

• Handle sweater merchandising from development to shipment.

• Communicate with buyers regarding inquiries, product development, costing, sampling, and order execution.

• Manage Inditex buyer requirements, standards, and procedures.

• Must Have experience with handling Inditex Portal (IOP).

• Coordinate with design, sampling, production, quality, and factory teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Follow up on yarn, trims, lab dips, samples, approvals, and production timelines.

• Prepare and follow up on costing, T&A, order sheets, and shipment schedules.

• Ensure buyer requirements and quality standards are properly communicated and maintained.

• Monitor production progress and proactively resolve any issues affecting delivery.

• Maintain strong communication with buyers and ensure timely responses to all inquiries.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sweater merchandising.

• Previous experience handling Inditex buyer is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of sweater/yarn development, costing, production, and export procedures.

• Good understanding of buyer compliance, quality requirements, and critical timelines.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
