• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with production, merchandising, procurement, warehouse and quality teams to ensure smooth production activities.

• Receive customer wise order allocation from BS

• Check RM TNA- fabrics and trims inhouse status from BS TNA sheet, If incase overseas then directly get data from Tier 2

• Create line loading and style sequence that protects delivery and minimizes changeover loss.

• Received board plan from Tier 2, Confirm BS TNA and Board plan both are matched

• Confirm Embelishment plan with 3rd party and update TNA tasks.

• Check every day BS TNA target and practical achievement and update BS TNA if needed based on deviation.

• Update Garments operations also based on deviation found between BS TNA target and actual achievement.

• Close line plan, reconcile output/balance and confirm finishing/packing handover.

• BS TNA tasks should not be exceed FRI date. If will have any possibility of exceeding, then will inform to Tier 2 emmidiately.

• Participate for daily TNA meeting among the value stream planners

• Get cutting capacity and capability from IE and Cutting capacity should match with allocated order

• Set daily/hourly production target using SMV, manpower, minutes and expected efficiency.

• Track hourly/daily output, efficiency, downtime, quality and expected completion.

• Get style wise cutting reconcile data and take necessary measure if needed

• Get finishing capacity and capability from IE and match that allocated orders are match with capacity or not

• Set daily/hourly production target using SMV, manpower, minutes and expected efficiency.

• Track hourly/daily output, efficiency, downtime, quality and expected completion.

• Get style wise finishing reconciliation and take necessary measures, if found any deviation.

• Perform other planning and coordination duties as assigned by management.
