• Lead technical development of lingerie products such as bras, panties, briefs, camisoles, shapewear, and other intimate apparel.

• Review buyer tech packs, sketches, specifications, construction details, and measurement charts.

• Ensure correct interpretation of buyer requirements, materials, trims, accessories, and workmanship standards.

• Provide technical solutions for complicated designs and construction challenges.

• Supervise pattern development, grading, and pattern correction according to buyer specifications.

• Monitor fitting sessions and recommend necessary pattern and construction modifications.

• Supervise the development of proto, fit, size-set, pre-production, and other required samples.

• Analyze production methods and establish efficient operation sequences.

• Develop standard minute values (SMV), operation breakdowns, and machine requirements in coordination with the Industrial Engineering (IE) team.

• Identify technical bottlenecks and improve production flow.

• Support line setup, pilot runs, and pre-production meetings.
