Experience:

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production

• Age 37 to 45 years

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Training in textile/garment production or industrial engineering will be an added advantage.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Strong seeking for new factory

• Should have multi product knowledge in Trousers and Jackets as well in Denim.

• Proven experience in jackets and trousers.

• Basic knowledge of ERP or production management software.

• Solid understanding of production planning and quality control.

• Should have a clear idea about production, rejection control and industrial engineering activities.

• Time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet production deadlines.

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, changing manufacturing environment.

• Analytical skills to assess production data and identify areas for improvement.

• Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.

• Have sufficient knowledge of production cost calculation Report to the General Manager on the production status and resolve any problems to ensure the order is executed as per buyer specifications.

• Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time
