Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 27 to 39 years
- Experience in handling ERP/Inventory software will be an added benefit.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and team management skills
- Good knowledge of inventory systems and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and database management.
- Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and oversee daily store operations, including inventory control and stock management.
Ensure accurate receiving, storing, and issuing of goods and materials.
Maintain stock records, documentation, and timely reporting.
Monitor product movement, minimise stock loss, and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) system.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
Supervise store staff and assign tasks to ensure efficiency.
Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies in the store area.
Conduct regular physical verification of stock and resolve discrepancies.
Oversee store operations for woven garment production.
Manage inventory of trims, and accessories with proper documentation.
Ensure timely receipt and issuance of materials to production.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and merchandising for smooth workflow.
Prepare periodic store reports and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Supervise and guide the store team, utilising software for requisitions.
