Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the overall IE department for Outerwear/Jacket production.
Develop accurate SMV/SAM, operation breakdown, and capacity plans for different jacket styles.
Prepare and review line layouts, line balancing, and manpower allocation.
Conduct time study, method study, and motion study to improve productivity.
Analyze production capacity, bottlenecks, and efficiency gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Monitor daily line efficiency, productivity, production targets, and manpower utilization.
Support new style development through production feasibility analysis and pre-production planning.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Merchandising, and Technical teams for smooth production flow.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines, and other resources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IE performance reports for management.
Lead, train, and develop the IE team to achieve departmental objectives.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
