Experience:

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering or Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Candidates with strong experience in Jacket/Outerwear Garments Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) will be preferred.

• Strong experience in buyer handling, communication, and decision-making.

• Good command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Sound knowledge of woven garments, particularly Jacket/Outerwear, and related Quality Control and Quality Assurance systems.

• Strong knowledge of buyer quality requirements, inspection procedures, QMS, and garment production processes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead the Quality team effectively.

• Candidates with extensive experience in woven products, especially Jacket/Outerwear, are strongly encouraged to apply.

1. Daily Floor & line visit & Shipment follow up

3. Inspection follow up (First, third, buyer)

4. Communication with factory & HQ regarding quality issues and escelate issues if needed.

5. Send Corrective and preventive action plan to buyer

6. Assign manpower for in house QA inspection

7. Communication with Top management regarding quality issues

8. Weekly meeting with QA team regarding shipment issues, weekly defects, new regulations.

9. 1st production review of new styles

10. Review final inspection of new styles

11. Train QA team for continious improvement
