Salary: Tk. 23000 - 37000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline.

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 24 to 32 years

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, workmanship, measurements and defect identification.

• Good knowledge of AQL, inspection procedures and buyer quality requirements.

• Experience in Root Cause Analysis, CAPA and quality improvement.

• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Any Kinds of Mockup Approval with Signature (Print, EMBO, Heat Transfer, Snap, Seam Sealing & Pattern) and keep record.

• Attend All Kinds of Sample, SMS, Bulk, Pre-Production Meeting with Record.

• All Kinds of Sample Check with Measurement, Report. (As Per Ref Sample, Worksheet,) Approval.

• In Process & In-Line Inspection with Measurement, Report & Record.

• 1st Production Review & If Needed 2nd Review with Measurement, Report Record

• 1st 10 Pcs Check & Measurement, Report with Record.

• Check pack pass garment randomly, on AQL from full quantity with Record.

• Final Inspection, Measurement with Report & Record.

• Prepare Final Inspection report & send to buyer (If needed).

• Communicate with upper management if necessary, regarding the findings.
