Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in the same designation (DGM/AGM) in Production.

Candidates with relevant experience in a manufacturing/textile production environment will be preferred.

Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and operational efficiency.

1. Oversee and manage the overall production operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.

2. Develop and implement production plans according to business requirements.

3. Monitor production targets, quality standards, productivity, and timely delivery.

4. Lead and supervise the production team and ensure effective workforce utilization.

5. Identify production-related issues and take corrective and preventive actions.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and production procedures.

7. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, IE, Planning, and other relevant departments.

8. Monitor production costs and take initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

9. Prepare production reports and present updates to senior management.

10. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement.
