• Diploma

• Diploma or BSc from any discipline

Position 1: Service In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead battery servicing operations across the country.

2. Coordinate with management and the service team regarding service activities.

3. Train the existing service team and battery sales team on proper battery service and maintenance procedures.

4. Visit different markets to provide technical service support and resolve customer issues.

5. Ensure a high standard of after-sales service and improve the overall service capability of the team.

Position 2: Junior Service Personnel

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide service support in different markets.

2. Assist in battery troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

3. Support senior service personnel during field visits.

4. Ensure timely resolution of customer service issues.
