Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Supervise administrative, operational, and support functions of the hospital.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other departments for effective hospital operations.
Monitor patient service quality and take necessary initiatives to improve patient satisfaction.
Manage operational issues, resolve day-to-day challenges, and ensure timely corrective actions.
Monitor staff performance, discipline, attendance, and overall workplace efficiency.
