Responsibilities & Context:

• Ensure achievement of shift-wise production targets as per the production plan.

• Monitor and improve line efficiency and OEE while minimizing production losses.

• Monitor machine and process-related downtime and take necessary actions to reduce downtime.

• Control production wastage and ensure it remains within approved targets.

• Ensure compliance with quality, GMP, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene requirements.

• Manage shift manpower, including manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, and daily activities.

• Ensure compliance with EHS and workplace safety standards.

• Identify operational losses and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions.

• Control the usage and losses of raw materials, seasoning, oil, packaging materials, and other production inputs.

• Prepare and maintain accurate production, downtime, wastage, and shift handover reports.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted shift operations.
