Experience in managing commercial bakery operation in a retail & wholesale
Exceptional knowledge of preparing various bakery & pastry goods
Immense ability to work on weekend, holiday and overtime.
Good understanding of commercial bakery production operations.
Food cost management and streamline labor cost.
Developing specifics needs recopies.
Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; provide direct feedback to employees
Must support and comply with the requirements defined within the contents of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety programs.
