Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor Resin/Glue mixing production processes to maintain consistent quality and other chemical products.
Conduct daily checks on temperature, pH, and hygiene parameters at various stages of processing.
Perform routine chemical tests.
Calibrate and maintain lab instruments (lactometer, Gerber centrifuge, pH meter, spectrophotometer, etc.)
Maintain accurate test records, logbooks, and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
Work closely with production staff to identify and correct quality deviations.
Supervise CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures and ensure hygiene standards are followed.
Prepare reports for internal audits and regulatory inspections.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards.
Ensure products quality or other regulatory standards.
Handle chemicals safely and ensure proper disposal of laboratory waste as per environmental guidelines.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
Analytical chemistry techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of laboratory techniques, instruments, and analytical methods.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
In-depth knowledge of chemical analysis techniques and instrumentation.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
