• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Polymer Science will be considered an added advantage

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

• Age At least 28 years

• Good understanding of production planning, quality control and troubleshooting

• Ability to lead and manage shift manpower

• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts

• Basic computer and MS Office skills

To operate and supervise the CPP (Cast Polypropylene) extrusion line, ensuring smooth production, consistent quality, and safe working conditions during assigned shifts, while supporting the department's operational and reporting needs.

1. Operate the CPP extrusion line and oversee the production process end-to-end

2. Monitor and supervise production and quality activities during the shift

3. Identify root causes of quality and technical/operational issues and resolve them promptly

4. Coordinate with the technical team and machine suppliers for technical support when needed

5. Ensure workplace safety and conduct regular safety training for shift staff

6. Guide, train, and evaluate subordinate staff; prepare skill matrix and development plans
