Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement SMV, Time Study, Method Study, Line Balancing & Capacity Planning.
Analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve manpower utilization, line efficiency and productivity.
Prepare and monitor production capacity, efficiency and performance reports.
Optimize manpower, machine utilization and production layouts.
Conduct Work Measurement, Motion Study and Productivity Improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Technical and Merchandising teams to resolve production bottlenecks.
Establish and monitor KPI, target and efficiency standards for production lines.
Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives.
Lead and develop the IE team to ensure effective implementation of IE systems.
