• Willingness to work in Bogura and manage factory operations as required.

Source Of Agro is an agriculture-focused company working to modernize agriculture in Bangladesh through agricultural machinery, equipment, agricultural products, and related solutions. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to oversee factory operations, production activities, manpower, maintenance, quality, and overall operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall factory operations, production, manpower, and daily activities.

• Develop and implement factory growth plans, production strategies, and operational improvement initiatives.

• Set production targets, KPIs, and operational goals and ensure timely achievement.

• Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

• Lead Quality Control (QC) activities and ensure products meet required quality standards.

• Monitor production performance, wastage, cost, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.

• Develop, motivate, and manage factory teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

• Strong leadership, team management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are required.

• Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machinery, equipment, tools, and raw materials.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Sales, Service, Accounts, and Management for smooth operations.

• Identify operational challenges and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure factory safety, discipline, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.

• Prepare and submit regular production, QC, manpower, and operational performance reports to Management.

• Continuously identify opportunities for factory expansion, productivity improvement, cost reduction, and process development.
