• Good understanding of cinematography, framing, composition, camera movement, lighting, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to shoot high-quality videos for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

• Experience in shooting Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, interviews, and product demonstrations.

• Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools will be an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of color correction and color grading will be preferred.

• Drone videography experience will be an added advantage.

• Photography skills will be an added advantage.·        Creative mindset with strong attention to visual details.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

• Willingness to travel to different locations for shooting.

• Must be responsible, proactive, disciplined, and passionate about visual content creation.

Job Context:
Source Of Agro is an agriculture-focused company working to modernize agriculture in Bangladesh through agricultural machinery, equipment, agricultural products, and related solutions. We are looking for a creative, skilled, and professional Cinematographer with strong academic or professional training in cinematography, film, media production, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in professional video production, camera operation, lighting, composition, and post-production.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for the company's digital platforms and marketing activities.

• Handle camera, lighting, audio, and other video production equipment professionally.

• Shoot agricultural machinery, equipment, products, demonstrations, customer activities, farm visits, and company events.

• Create engaging promotional videos, product videos, Reels, Shorts, interviews, and documentary-style content.

• Work closely with the Marketing, Social Media, and Content teams to develop video concepts and production plans.

• Prepare shooting plans, storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules when required.

• Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, camera movement, and overall visual quality during shoots.

• Capture high-quality footage in both indoor and outdoor locations, including field and agricultural environments.

• Manage video files, footage, project files, and maintain proper data organization and backup.

• Coordinate with video editors and provide properly organized footage for post-production.

• Participate in product demonstrations, agricultural campaigns, field activities, customer testimonials, and other promotional projects.

• Ensure all visual content maintains Source Of Agro's brand identity and quality standards.

• Keep up to date with current video production, cinematography, social media, and visual content trends.

• Handle basic equipment setup and ensure proper care and maintenance of cameras, lenses, lights, microphones, and related equipment.

• Travel to farms, project sites, showrooms, factories, events, and other locations when required for video production.

• Perform any other video production or creative responsibilities assigned by Management.
