Experience in student admission or customer relations.
Responsibilities & Context:
Respond to admission inquiries from prospective students and parents.
Conduct school tours and provide information about academic programs and facilities.
Assist parents in completing admission and enrollment procedures.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions.
Follow up with prospective parents to support student enrollment.
Participate in admission campaigns, open houses, education fairs, and promotional events.
Build and maintain relationships with parents, feeder schools, and community stakeholders.
Support student retention and re-enrollment initiatives.
Prepare admission-related reports and documentation.
Perform other admission and outreach activities as assigned by management.
