Position: Assistant Teacher – English Medium Section

Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom lessons effectively using student-centered and interactive teaching methods.
Teach assigned subjects according to the school's curriculum and academic guidelines.
Develop students' English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, classwork, homework, and assessments.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
Evaluate students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Identify students' learning difficulties and provide additional academic support where necessary.
Maintain attendance records, academic diaries, examination scripts, and other required documentation.
Communicate professionally with parents and guardians regarding students' progress and learning needs.
Participate in staff meetings, teacher training, academic planning, and institutional activities.
Assist in organizing examinations, cultural programs, educational events, and extracurricular activities.
Support school admission campaigns, educational content creation, and promotional activities when assigned by the school authority.
Submit daily performance reports and complete assigned academic and administrative tasks within the required timeframe.
Follow school policies, professional ethics, and instructions issued by the school authority.
Educational Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a relevant discipline will be preferred.
Candidates with a strong academic background and relevant educational qualifications may apply.
Professional training in teaching, early childhood education, or modern classroom management will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in teaching are encouraged to apply.
Previous teaching experience in an English Medium, English Version, or kindergarten school will be an advantage.
Experience teaching children at the preschool or primary level will be particularly valuable.
