Responsibilities & Context:
TKVIP is looking for Remote Phone Customer Support Agents to join our growing team.
• Make follow-up calls to our existing game players and invite them back with new events and rewards
• Answer players' questions politely and record call results in our system
• Meet daily call targets and work with the team leader to improve results
Working hours: 2 PM – 10 PM, 6 days a week, work from home.
Salary: basic salary + performance bonus, paid monthly via bKash or bank transfer. Full training provided.
Phone customer service experience is preferred. Excellent spoken English is required.
Chinese speakers will receive higher pay.
We never charge any fee or deposit.
