Responsibilities & Context:
TKVIP is looking for a Bangladesh-based Remote Recruitment Assistant to help us build a remote phone customer support team.
• Post our job ads in local Facebook groups, job pages and other local channels
• Collect applications (CV + short voice introduction) and do first-round screening
• Short-list suitable candidates and arrange video interviews with our team
• Help new hires get started and report recruiting progress weekly
Payment: fixed fee for each qualified hire who passes the trial period. Long-term cooperation possible; top performers may become our Team Leader.
Chinese speakers will receive higher pay.
