Remote work setup

Own laptop and a reliable internet connection (with a backup, such as mobile data).A quiet space for calls and online meetings.Able to work Saudi business hours (GMT+3) and join occasional early or late calls.

Availability

Able to join within 30 days, or sooner. Without this, you may shortlist people who are tied up for months.

Tools

Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Zoom, Teams and WhatsApp Business.

Key responsibilities

Prospecting and sourcing

• Build and maintain target lists of decision-makers (CIOs, CHROs, IT Directors, CISOs, Heads of Compliance, Procurement and Training) in government, banking, retail, healthcare, energy and other sectors in Saudi Arabia.

• Source contacts using LinkedIn, company websites, tender and procurement portals, industry directories and events.

• Verify and enrich data (role, company, email, phone, WhatsApp) and record it in our CRM (Odoo).

• Tag each prospect by service interest and sector.

Outbound campaigns

• Run cold email sequences using approved templates, personalising the opening lines for each segment.

• Send WhatsApp outreach and follow-ups in a professional, concise style, in English and, where possible, Arabic.

• Make cold calls to qualify interest, handle first objections and book meetings.

• Coordinate with the digital marketing team so inbound leads and outbound leads are not contacted twice and warm leads are handed over properly.

Arrange Meetings and site visits

• Arrange online meetings (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet) and send agendas, invitations and reminders.

• Schedule and plan site visits for the Sales & Project Coordinator in the region and beyond, including confirmations and a short briefing on the client.

• Prepare a one-page prospect brief before each meeting: company, contact, pain points, service fit, past interactions.

Proposals and follow-up

• Prepare proposals, quotations and company profiles using InfoStream templates, with input from the technical consultants and Director.

• Send proposals, confirm receipt, and follow up on a defined schedule until a decision is made.

• Track objections, pricing feedback and lost reasons, and report patterns to the team.

• Support the Sales & Project Coordinator after an award with documents, scheduling and client communication, as needed.

Pipeline and reporting

• Keep every lead and activity updated in the CRM, with a clear stage and next action.

• Send a short weekly report: contacts reached, replies, meetings booked, proposals sent, wins and blockers.

• Suggest improvements to scripts, templates and targeting based on what works.

Backup and cross-support (secondary)

• Learn the basics of our marketing and branding work (campaign execution, email platform, content formatting, brand guidelines) so you can cover routine tasks during absences. This is secondary to your outbound role.
