Must have working experience in Uttara and Bashundhara areas
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Strong presentation, client handling, and relationship management skills
Candidates with a premium/luxury real estate portfolio will get added advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
Generate quality leads through market research, networking, referrals, and other business development activities
Contact prospects and existing customers by phone, email, and in person to promote company projects
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct project presentations, client meetings, site visits, and property demonstrations
Manage the sales pipeline through CRM software for lead tracking and conversion
Monitor competitors’ activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences
Ensure proper documentation, follow-up, and coordination with internal departments
Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team, and monitor their performance
Represent the company’s premium brand image with a professional attitude and a target-driven mindset
Perform any other duties assigned by management
