MTO – MIS Support Engineer (System & Network)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Telecommunication, Information Technology

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field from a reputed institution.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.

• Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.

• Basic knowledge of database management and SQL.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced corporate environment.

• Strong learning mindset and willingness to adopt new technologies.

• High attention to detail and professional integrity.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Provide technical support for enterprise systems, MIS platforms, and internal software applications.

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, operating systems, and peripheral devices.

• Support and monitor network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and wireless networks.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Assist in maintaining servers, databases, and user access management.

• Prepare and analyze MIS reports and operational data to support management decision-making.

• Collaborate with IT teams on system upgrades, network optimization, and technology improvements.

• Maintain documentation of system configurations, network setups, and support activities.

• Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with IT policies and procedures.

• Provide user guidance and support for effective utilization of IT systems.
