At least 10 years in any sweater industry.
Technical Knowledge about product & technical audit is must.
Provide Experience in buyer audits, quality system, CAPA, root cause analysis, quality improvement, and factory quality management are essential.
Excellent Communication in both Bangla and English.
Responsibilities & Context
Strong knowledge of knitting & sweater manufacturing system and equipments.
Strong knowledge of sweater knitting techniques with ability to conduct yarn inspection, check sample, and make necessary correction and recommendations on knitting construction and knitting chart.
Read and understand QC file, customer comments, and maintain during the whole process of production.
Ensure product quality & styling checking as per approved sample.
Ability to evaluate production size set, inline, PP meeting, and QC follow-up in the factory.
Analyze inspection reports to identify sources of quality problems and take necessary counter measures to improve future results.
Maintain and archive that comprehensive documents of inspection containing the details of the time samples, test procedure and results etc.
Must have sound knowledge in various yarn quality.
Should have knowledge on computers to prepare inline & final inspections reports.
Good ability of understanding and analyzing knitting chart.
Prepare & maintain technical reports at every stage.
To establish and oversee all quality control procedures for the sweater factory.
To analysis the root cause of quality problem in production process.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
