Candidates must have hands-on experience in production planning and follow-up activities.Practical working knowledge of FastReact Planning Software is mandatory.Experience in handling production schedules, capacity planning, line loading, and shipment follow-up will be highly preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in FastReact in line with shipment schedules and buyer requirements.
Monitor production progress against the planned schedule and take necessary follow-up actions to ensure on-time delivery.
Work closely with Merchandising, Production, IE, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Supply Chain Departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Prepare line loading plans, capacity plans, production schedules, and delivery plans.
Monitor order status, production efficiency, line performance, and critical production bottlenecks.
Update and maintain production planning data using FastReact Planning Software.
Analyze production capacity, order status, lead time, and shipment deadlines to identify potential risks.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve production delays and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Prepare daily production reports, planning updates, and other management reports.
Ensure proper implementation of production plans and timely reporting of deviations.
