Info Stream is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Administrator / Engineer to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in servers, networking, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualisation technologies.

The successful candidate will support infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, security, backup systems, cloud services, and infrastructure projects while providing advanced technical support.

• 3–5 years of IT Infrastructure or System Administration experience

• Hands-on VMware or Hyper-V experience

• Strong networking and firewall knowledge

• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions

• Experience providing 2nd/3rd line technical support

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support enterprise infrastructure environments

• Administer Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking systems

• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and patch management processes

• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and networking issues

• Provide advanced 2nd and 3rd line technical support

• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployments
