Responsibilities & Context:
CCTV, Water Purifier, PABX, and CCTV installation or servicing.
Computer Hardware Servicing.
Ensure customer satisfaction through service quality and consistent communication. Manage and coordinate all IT-related general matters including data, wireless communications, security, and computer hardware and software.
Trouble-shoots and solves problems related to hardware, software, and network problems About Computer.
Researches and recommends acquisition of network hardware and software.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in target time.
Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.).
