Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and maintain the company's Facebook page and other relevant social media platforms.
Create engaging content, including promotional videos, Reels, product videos, and project showcase videos.
Perform product photography, video shooting, video editing, and basic graphic design.
Write creative captions, advertising copy, and marketing content in Bangla and English.
Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram advertising.
Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, reach, leads, and conversion metrics.
Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in converting inquiries into customers.
Research competitors, market trends, and new digital marketing opportunities.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with the design, sales, and production teams to showcase completed signage projects and new products.
