Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or CapCut (Desktop). Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is an added advantage.

Portfolio: A portfolio or link to past video work (social media reels, ads, promo clips) is mandatory.

Understanding of Social Platforms: Clear idea of aspect ratios, formatting, and pacing optimized for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Creativity & Speed: Ability to deliver fast-paced edits while maintaining visual quality and brand consistency.

• Content Creation: Edit high-quality promotional videos, Facebook/Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and product showcase videos.

• Ad Content & Campaigns: Produce high-converting video advertisements for digital marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

• Social Media Management Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to turn concepts and raw footage into captivating visual stories.

• Sound & Motion Graphics: Add text overlays, color grading, background music, audio cleanup, transitions, and basic motion graphics.

• Raw Footage Optimization: Edit raw footage recorded at our store, farms, processing units, or event setups.

• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with current digital media trends, viral audio, and video formats popular in the Bangladeshi consumer market.
