• Age 25 to 35 years

• Handle customer queries, calls, messages and sales leads through multiple channels.

• Manage leads from Facebook, Website, WhatsApp, Hotline and other digital platforms.

• Communicate with customers professionally and provide accurate product information.

• Convert customer inquiries into successful sales through effective communication and follow-up.

• Process and manage customer orders accurately through the CRM system.

• Follow up with potential and existing customers to increase sales and repeat purchases.

• Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues professionally.

• Maintain proper customer information and interaction history in the CRM.

• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets.

• Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
