ফেসবুক পেইজের ইনবক্স ও কমেন্টে দ্রুত এবং সঠিকভাবে উত্তর প্রদান করা।
কাস্টমারের অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান করা।
কাস্টমারের বিভিন্ন সমস্যা সমাধান ও কার্যকর কাস্টমার ম্যানেজমেন্ট নিশ্চিত করা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের পণ্য ও সেবা সম্পর্কে কাস্টমারকে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।
শুদ্ধ বাংলায় টাইপ করে কাস্টমারদের সঙ্গে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ রক্ষা করা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ফোনের মাধ্যমে কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট প্রদান করা।
