2–3 years of working experience in the food manufacturing industry in relevant field is preferable.
Good knowledge on development of bakery items (cookies, dry cake & toast) and product knowledge of biscuits items.
Responsibilities & Context:
Product development of new product & existing product improvement.
Raw material & packaging material evaluation & selection.
Monitoring of new products after commercialization.
Performance and quality checking of competitors' product.
Monitoring of samples and checking their performance.
