• Scrutinize Export LC as per company SOP.

• Verify export LC update in BB OIMS by issuing Bank for original LC advising from Bank.

• Amendment request to LC applicant/Mkt as required.

• Ensure LC capture in SAP, ensure documents prepare in SAP & others update in SAP as required.

• Ensure documents submission to Marketing person for collecting acceptance from customer.

• Ensure BTMA certificate issuance after shipment/delivery.

• Ensure payment docs submission to Bank on time.

• Ensure UD collection before delivery & UP issuance from Bond Customs before shipment/delivery.

• Ensure EXP issuance on time for EPZ & Foreign shipment.

• Check draft BL & confirm before vessel onboard.

• Ensure SAFTA/CO issuance on time.

• Ensure Duplicate reporting of EXP as central Bank guide line.

• Ensure on time Bank acceptance/payment due date collection of export bills.

• Ensure on time payment collect of matured bills .
