Job Summary:
Pioneer Leather is looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to lead and manage our production team. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and improving daily production activities while ensuring product quality, timely delivery, and efficient use of materials and manpower.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.

• Supervise production workers and ensure smooth workflow across the production floor.

• Monitor production targets, productivity, and delivery schedules.

• Ensure consistent quality of leather bags, wallets, belts, and other leather products.

• Manage manpower, machines, materials, and production resources efficiently.

• Coordinate with the design, merchandising, procurement, and management teams.

• Identify production problems and take timely corrective actions.

• Minimize material wastage, production delays, and unnecessary costs.

• Maintain production records, reports, and inventory requirements.

• Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and proper production procedures.

• Train, guide, and motivate production team members.

• Continuously improve production processes, efficiency, and product quality.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in leather goods, bags, footwear, accessories, or similar manufacturing industries.

• Strong knowledge of production planning and factory operations.

• Experience managing production workers and teams.

• Good understanding of leather materials, cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

• Candidates with experience in leather bag or accessories manufacturing will be preferred.
