Fire safety Management Risk, Management Security, Management Training & Development Other Relevant Skills Fire safety Management Health Safety and Environment (HSE)Project Management Project Supervision Security Management.

Responsibilities & Context

• Work directly under Head of Operations.

• Ensure quality of Service or service Excellence

• Capable to handle with large number of Guarding Operations.

• Ensure daily morning operational reporting from all zones.

• Planning & Execution of Weekly/Monthly operational new deployment, existing project development, Supervision etc.

• Carryout Recruitment of Security and Armed Guards, impart proper training to them and then deploy them timely to their respective posts is the main task of Operation Department.

• Contact and coordinate with different sources for man power for recruitment to keep available manpower in hand.

• Ensure regular checking of the Security and Armed Guards by the respective Patrol Officer and Operation Officer both day and night.

• Responsible to maintain the discipline of his under-command Department personnel.

• Act as trouble shooter for assigned operational concerns.

• Ensure smooth guarding operations services of different clients like Banking, Industrial, Corporates, Universities, Telecommunications and Hospitals etc.

• Daily client visit schedule and submit feedback report to reporting senior on a Daily / Weekly basis.

• Ensure supervision and monitoring of the guards to ensure quality of Service after sales service.

• Problem solving and reporting to superior regarding operational issues.

• Ensure Carrying out `Security Survey` in coordination with Marketing Department.

• Liaison with law enforcement agencies for an emergency support.

• Readiness to work under demanding situation.

• Any other responsibilities detailed by HOD/Board.
