Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Technology or related field.

• Relevant educational background in garments/textile will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, workmanship, measurement and quality standards.

• Good knowledge of AQL, inline, end-line and final inspection procedures.

• Strong knowledge of buyer quality requirements and inspection standards.

• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to visit factories as required.

• Candidates with strong factory QA and sampling experience will be given priority.

Experience Requirements

• 12 to 18 years of experience in garments quality assurance/quality control.

• Mandatory factory working experience in the garments industry.

• Must have strong working experience in both Knit and Woven garments.

• Must have practical Sampling Section working experience.

H&F Fashion Ltd., a reputed garments buying house, is looking for an experienced and capable QA Manager to lead and manage quality assurance activities and ensure product quality meets buyer requirements and company standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor overall QA activities for Knit and Woven garments.

• Follow up factory quality performance from sample development to final inspection.

• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, merchandising and production teams to ensure required quality standards.

• Monitor and evaluate sampling activities, including sample development, workmanship, measurements, fitting and quality.

• Conduct and monitor inline, end-line and final inspections.

• Identify quality problems, analyze root causes and ensure corrective and preventive actions.

• Conduct factory visits, quality audits and supplier evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with buyer quality requirements, specifications and AQL standards.

• Monitor recurring quality issues and take necessary preventive measures.

• Prepare and maintain quality reports and factory performance records.

• Lead, supervise and develop the QA team.

• Provide technical guidance and support to factories regarding quality improvement.

• Ensure timely resolution of quality issues before shipment.

• Salary will be negotiable depending on experience and competency.
