• Educational background in Garments / Textile will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of garment quality standards and inspection procedures.

• Good understanding of washing, shade matching, color control, and fixing processes.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Good communication, coordination, and factory follow-up skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Strong leadership and team-management skills for senior/managerial roles.

• Willingness to visit garment factories when required.

• 5–15 years of relevant experience in Garments Quality Control.

• Candidates with experience as Garments QC, Senior QC, or Quality Control Manager are encouraged to apply.

• Hands-on experience in Wash Color, Shade, and Fixing Work is mandatory.

• Experience in a Garments Buying House or with garment manufacturing factories will be highly preferred.

• Candidates with strong experience in washed garments and garment finishing will have an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and control garment quality from production through washing, finishing, and final inspection.

• Conduct quality inspections according to approved samples, buyer requirements, specifications, and quality standards.

• Must have practical experience in Wash Color, Shade Control, and Fixing Work.

• Monitor wash color consistency, shade variation, color matching, and fixing quality.

• Conduct inline, end-line, and final inspections at garment factories.

• Identify quality defects and coordinate with factories to ensure timely corrective actions.

• Follow up on quality issues and ensure proper corrective and preventive measures.

• Check workmanship, measurements, appearance, finishing, and overall garment quality.

• Coordinate with factories, washing units, production teams, and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues.

• Prepare detailed quality inspection reports and communicate findings to management.

• Ensure buyer quality requirements are properly followed and maintained.

• Support quality improvement initiatives and minimize rejection, rework, and quality-related issues.

• BDT 30,000–65,000 per month (Salary will be based on experience, technical expertise, and position level).
