Responsibilities & Context:
Lead onboarding, technical skills, and refresher training for all operators. Enforce mandatory signoffs to ensure no operator joins work without direct clearance.
Participate in operator hiring by designing and conducting practical tests, machine evaluations, and technical interviews.
Create and update equipment-specific training manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety checklists.
Track key operator metrics to support with assessment data for relevant performance reviews
Partner with terminal shift managers to align assessment schedules, identify real-time skill gaps, and run shift-level refresher trainings without disrupting operations.
Identify Skill gap of terminal operators and work closely with HR to facilitate relevant capacity development
