• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of moisture control, mesh size management, spice sterilization techniques (steam/ETO), and volatile oil retention.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving and excellent communication skills.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Production Manager to oversee our complete spice & mustard oil processing and manufacturing operations. In this role, you will lead the production team to meet daily output targets while ensuring strict compliance with food safety, quality, and cost standards. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge of spice & mustard oil grinding, blending, cleaning, and packaging automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate the daily manufacturing operations for the entire spice & mustard oil line (whole, powdered, and blended spices).

• Yield & Efficiency: Optimize manufacturing processes to maximize production yield, minimize raw material wastage, and reduce downtime.

• Quality & Food Safety: Maintain strict compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and BRCGS standards. Ensure zero contamination during grinding and blending.

• Machinery & Automation: Oversee the operation and maintenance of heavy machinery, including pulverizes, ribbon blenders, roasters, color sorters, and automated packaging machines (VFFS).

• Inventory Control: Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage raw material stock levels and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor production supervisors, operators, and labor teams. Enforce strict workplace safety (OSHA) standards.
